ACCEPTANCE TESTING

Synlog will install the Test Application as per the Onsite Acceptance Testing & Implementation Plan.

The client will conduct the Acceptance Testing of the Test Application as per the Onsite Acceptance Testing & Implementation Plan and Statement of Acceptance Criteria. The Test Cases and Manuals will be used in conducting these tests.

There could be both Alpha and Beta Testing (or just Beta Testing) by the client in association with a team from Synlog comprising the PM and SDs. There may be one or more rounds of Regression Testing during this phase.

All Bugs and Issues would be tracked and managed using a Bugs and Issues Tracking System. These will be documented in the form of Acceptance Testing Results.

BUG FIXING

The bugs and issues discovered in Acceptance Testing will be fixed/addressed during this phase. Depending on the volume of work, the responsibility will be distributed among the Offsite Team and the Offshore Team. The Offsite Team will handle critical bugs and issues.
