Adaptive eXtreme Programming SDLC Model
Synlog uses a variety of SDLC Models depending on the business nature of the project, technologies to be used, client preferences etc. All SDLC models have been, over a period of time, adapted and modified based on our sizeable experience in delivering technology solutions.

The Adaptive Extreme Programming Software Development Lifecycle Model is both a collaborative development model and an adaptive Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model ensuring:
a. A collaborative development environment where the client is intimately involved in the engineering and creative process. The model inherits the flexibility to allow for high client involvement in most of the SDLC phases
b. An incremental development approach where the client constantly provides feedback and helps the engineering team refine the deliverable while seeing operational small releases constituting a part of the whole application
c. Lesser fixes and engineering 'issues' during the integration and parallel run / piloting phases
