An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Bikram Dasgupta is an entrepreneur of repute – a man with a vision. An innovator, thinker and a passionate speaker, Bikram was among the core group of professionals who joined HCL in its infancy and his contributions, as one of the key Market Development Managers, have gone a long way in establishing the market presence that HCL commands today.

A passionate, out-of-the-box thinker, who strongly believes in 'ordinary people can do extraordinary things…' he foresaw the need for a business model built around the fundamental concepts of Infrastructure and Institution to service the knowledge economy and in 1997 conceptualized Globsyn as a group of companies, which embodied that vision.

Today under Mr. Dasgupta's tutelage, Globsyn has developed key competencies in each of the verticals that it operates in.

After studying Law from Calcutta University, Mr. Poddar was enlisted as an Advocate with Calcutta High Court in 1975. He joined the Govt. of West Bengal in the Finance Dept. in 1977 on a special assignment and was attached to the Finance Minister and continued till 1982. In 1982, Mr. Poddar joined Indian Research Institute as an Executive Director and continued for one year up to June 1983, again joining the State Government in the Finance Dept. on a Special Assignment attached to the Finance Minister. From 1987 onwards he continued to be engaged with the State Government as Special Assistant to the Chief Minister till July 1996. Since 1996 he has been working as an Advisor to the "Peerless".

A Master of Science and a qualified engineer Mr. K. Vijayraghavan is an expert in the Technology domain and Engineering Design & Development. As a member of the audit committee of Globsyn Infotech Ltd. his expertise has helped the company to move into the next level.

A Computer Science Engineer from Syracuse University, USA, Romit has completed his executive education in management from IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad and has done his Masters in Family Business Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. As the head of 'Globsyn Innoventures', Romit is currently engaged in exploring new business opportunities to help the group expand its portfolio of Services and Products in the areas of Retail, Education and Healthcare . Romit has been a speaker at various forums and seminars, including among others at TiE and the House of Commons (UK). He has spoken on a variety of subjects including, Technology, Innovation, and Education, and has published several articles on Future of Digital Media, Management Education in India and Innovation related topics. Prior to coming to India, Romit was responsible for growing Globsyn's technology business based out of New York, USA. Romit is also the President of the Kolkata Chapter of CII - Young Indians (a Youth Initiative of CII).

A finance graduate from School of Management, Syracuse University, USA, Rahul has worked in Fortune 500 companies like Deloitte & Touché Tomatshu, and Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. before joining Globsyn. Rahul, currently heading Globsyn’s US operations has completed his executive education from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and currently pursuing his management course from Durham Business School. With his strong background in the financial sector Rahul has helped Globsyn’s Infotech to establish a strong foothold in BFSI market.
