Straight Through Processing (STP)

STP in the treasury and investment management context of a Bank calls for the core treasury solution to be seamlessly interfaced to many systems and external trading platforms, including but not limited to:

• Rate feeds
• Confirmation messaging / matching systems
• Trade Finance solutions
• CoreBanking and General Ledger applications
• Asset Liability Management (ALM) solutions
• Risk measurement and management systems (using Value at Risk ™ for example)
• Payment and settlement messaging systems: SWIFT, RTGS etc
