Instructional Research and Development is the bulwark on which rests the entire education delivery and learning experience of students. The Instructional Research and Development (IRD) Lab, is a ‘Knowledge Powerhouse’, plugged in 24x7 to the technology sector constantly monitoring for the latest news, developments and identifying strategies to assimilate the latest in the curricula.
Thus every program curriculum, at Globsyn, reflects our deep insight and experience in disseminating cutting-edge technology and management education. Each curriculum has very strong technology biases for the global IT industry coupled with a strong grounding in management and corporate skills, to equip the ‘Knowledge Workers’ of tomorrow.
The faculty team, which is an integral part of the Instructional Research and Design group, emphasizes on Research and Study to continuously upgrade their skill sets and knowledge base. The IRD group acts as the source for introduction of new technologies within the organization. The IRD group continuously researches new and emerging technology and establishes strategies for dissemination and absorption of such technology to the other technology related teams. Today, the Globsyn IRD Faculty team consists of a mix of IBM empanelled and Microsoft Certified academicians, instructional designers, and software professionals on 35 different technologies.
